Does adding a remote starter void my vehicle's warranty?
Simply put, no. This install does not void your factory warranty. You are protected under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and the Federal Trade Commission, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty of your vehicle due to installation of an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part was the cause of or contributed to the malfunction of the vehicle (15 U.S.C. 2302 (C)).

What’s your warranty?
We offer lifetime warranty on all parts and labor. Remotes have a one year warranty. Please contact us first if you are experiencing any issues before you call your dealer. Aftermarket components are often unfairly blamed for any problem. We will do our best to eliminate our parts causing issues and help you towards resolving the problem. 

What if I decide to sell my car?
We can uninstall your remote start for a fee of $75 and re-install into your next vehicle for a fee of $125. Some additional parts may be required depending on vehicle compatibility.

What if I have a factory remote start?
Aftermarket Remote Starters offer a higher degree of customization from range to run time. Along with smartphone compatibility with Drone Mobile to have your vehicle status in the palm of your hand.

Do you service remote starters?
As we are an Arctic Start authorized dealer, we will try our best to help with any issues related to the Arctic Start brand. Unfortunately we can not service other brands.
